A Unique Vuelta Celebration

There’s a lot going on in this Vuelta a España podium celebration that was organized after protesters prevented the usual ceremony from happening. It includes the American, Matthew Riccitello, who rode for the team at the center of the protest, Israel-Premiere Tech (which changed to a more simplified logo during the race). He won the “Best Young Rider” jersey (riders under 25).

Anyway, enjoy what was described as a “local Sunday club race celebration”!

iPhone 17 Has Genlock

This could have been a much longer post from me, but I’ll spare you – at least for now.

You might be wondering what genlock is and how you would implement it in your video productions using iPhone 17 Pro (Only available on the Pro and Max).

The quick explanation is that it allows you to sync multiple cameras (iPhones) in the most accurate way possible, and the new Blackmagic Camera Dock allows the connections to happen. You need to have a dock for each camera, so $325 for each iPhone!

Convinced that the iPhone is a professional video tool yet?

The Perfect Storm

Little damage, robs future storm intensity (briefly), and replenishes nutrients.

Watch The Atlantic Ocean Cool Down In Hurricane Erin’s Wake…

“Upwelling left in the wake of passing hurricanes is usually temporary, with sea surface temperatures bouncing back within a few weeks. The phenomenon can rob future storms of the ability to intensify if they happen to pass over the region. This process also plays an important role for the environment, drawing key nutrients from the depths to the surface to replenish the local environment. “
